Zum Jahrestag der Nationalen Volksarmee am 1. März 1957
Präsident Wilhelm Pieck empfing am Vormittag des 1. März 1957 in seinem Amtssitz in Berlin-Niederschönhausen den Minister für Nationale Verteidigung, Generaloberst Willi Stoph, sowie weitere Generäle und Offiziere. Generaloberst Stoph überbrachte den Dank der Nationalen Volksarmee für die Grußadresse des Präsidenten zum ersten Jahrestag. (Näheres siehe ADN-Meldung vom 1. März 1957)

UBz: Präsident Wilhelm Pieck begrüßt die Mitglieder der Delegation. Hier Generalleutnant Vincenz Müller, daneben: Generalmajor Dickel und Generalmajor Muntschke, rechts: Minister Stoph.
