Deutsch: Nach dem alten Siegel der Gemeinde mit Petrusfigur, Schlüssel und päpstlichem Kreuz sowie der Umschrift: * S PETRVS PATHRON IN FALSVD GMEIND IN SIGEL. Der Schlüssel ist Attribut des Heiligen im Valseroder St. Peterstal (rom. Val Sogn Pieder). Die Belmontstiege weist hin auf die Grundrechte der Herrschaft Belmont im 13. Jh. in Vals. Farben der Belmont.
