English: CRANDIC locomotive CIC 128, a yard slug built from an EMD SW1200 switcher, southbound across the Iowa River in Iowa City, Iowa; it is coupled to CIC 132, an EMD MP15DC road switcher. The Boyd Law Building is in the background on the campus of the University of Iowa.
