Line, by Sarah, daughter of WilliamBates, Esq., and grandson of Joseph Banks, of Scofton, co.Notts., and Revesby Abbey, co. Line. He was born 13February, 1743-4. Married in March, 1779, Dorothy,daughter of William Weston-Hugessen, of Provender, co.Kent, who survived him. He was President of the RoyalSociety from 1778 to 1820, and was created a Baronet in1781. He died s.p. 19 June, 1820. Pencil drawing 11 jX 8; in. After H. Edridge, 1793. 212. Four pencil drawings, by Cecil, 4th Lord Hawkesbury, viz. :— 1. Sir William Milner, 4th Bart, of Nun Appleton, co. York, grandfather of the Rt. Honble- F. J. S. Foljambe, born21 Oct., 1779, died 24 March, 1855. 2. The Venble- Archdeacon, Wm. Bentinck, eldest son of Lord Edward Bentinck, Rector of Sigglesthorne 1808to 1868. After G. Richmond. 3.
