Description
Čeština: Vlajka obce Černá v Pošumaví, okres Český Krumlov. List tvoří čtyři vodorovné pruhy, bílý, vlnitý modrý, vlnitý bílý a černý, v poměru 10 : 2 : 1 : 3. Vlnité pruhy mají tři vrcholy a dvě prohlubně. V žerďové polovině horního bílého pruhu červená růže se žlutým semeníkem a zelenými kališními lístky podložená kosmo mlátkem a šikmo želízkem, obojí modré s černými topůrky.
