Description
English: A possible chalk or stone bead of uncertain date. The bead is broadly oval in form with a centrally drilled circular hole. The bead is a cream colour and has a porous pitted surface. 

Beads of this type are hard to date outside of excavated contexts as they are known from the Iron Age through to the Post Medieval period.

The bead measures 13.2 mm in length, 11.5 mm in width, 9.8 mm in thickness and weighs 1.7 g. The perforation measures 3.6 mm in diameter.
