Date
Source I created this work entirely by myself, based on the official heraldic description[1]: "HELBROC’s insignia bears a white pigeon that brings an olive branch to a flaming globe, with EU flag as a background. The flags of the participating nations are placed in the top of the insignia. The olive branch and the white pigeon are ancient symbols of peace that in conjunction with the flaming globe symbolise HELBROC’s rapid reaction, anywhere in the world, to undertake an EU mission."
