consent of the Trustees of theLibrary.* Major-General Wrottesley, observing that many of the Trusteesof the Library were present, asked whether the copy of the LiberAlbus, the earliest of the Bishops Registers now in the Library, could be lent to the Committee for printing. The Trustees whowere present were of opinion that it could be lent for that purposeand they would bring the matter before the next meeting of theLibrary Trustees.! Mr. Holland remarked that another copy ofthe book would have to be made, as the printer could not use it inits present form without defacing it. It was agreed that thiswould be necessary. Archdeacon Lane proposed that the thanks of the meeting begiven to the Chairman and the Honorary Secretary. This wascarried unanimously, and after a brief reply from Lord Wrottesleythe meeting separated. * This lias been since obtained. f An answer lias since been received in the affirmative and the book is now inthe custody of the Rev. R. A. Wilson, the Vicar of Hints.
