Summary[edit]

Description
English: Major renovations taking place at a shop (we think) on Great George's Street, Waterford. Although whatever was going on with the extension or renovation, it looks as if it was still more or less business as usual, with products still on the shelves and men working away in the warehouse area at the back. All the carpenters and plasterers in the foreground are slightly blurry because they're working away, but it looks as if the boy to the left was making the most of being in this photo...


The photo was commissioned by a Mr Phelan.
