As a reporter, or bearer of news toyour classmates, you are to make an investigation of somelocal public utility. They in turn will bring reports to you. Since there are several ways in which to gather materialfor these reports, it will be well for you to decide which ofthe following methods you will undertake: each pupilmay investigate a different subject; or the entire class maymake a thorough investigation of just one subject; or theteacher may divide the class into as many different groupsas there are public utilities and each group may investigatea different subject. In case you decide upon group activ-ity, each group should be headed by a captain.
