Deutsch: Das von Ebo Pannenborg entworfene, und 1975 vom niedersächsischen Innenministerium genehmigte Wappen zeigt auf grünem Grund über einem Ems und Dollart symbolisierenden gesenkten goldenen Wellenbalken im Zentrum eine gelbe Holländermühle, die von elf sechszackigen gelben Sternen als Symbole für die Ortsteile umgeben ist.
