Deutsch: Das Wappen entstammt einem Gerichtssiegel Kiedrichs von ca. 1420. Der Turm steht für die Burg Scharfenstein und das Doppelrad steht für das Kurfürstentum Mainz. Die Tingierung entspricht der des Wappens des Kurfürstentums Mainz. Die Zeichnung stammt von Heinz Ritt.
