oos,boenga tan dj o, radja wali, teke komada wele, doee dj ara en boenga lehoe.De patronen der Savoesche slimoets zijn: higi hoeri, higi hoeri doela, higi hoerikekaraa haba, higi hoeri boda, higi hoeri wohappi en higi hoeri womaddi,alle met zwarten grond en donkerbruine, roode en blauwe figuren. Van de Balische ikatweefsels, welke ëndëks worden genoemd, is altijd de inslag geïkat enwel tot patronen, die dikwijls door de fantaisie der weefsters ontstaan zijn. Het fond dezerdoeken is veelal rood, en de overige kleuren, ook die der ikat-figuren, zijn door onderdompe-ling der garens in aniline verfstoffen verkregen. Alleen voor het geel gebruikt men een plant-aardige verfstof (sap van curcuma). Zoowel in de tinten, als in de ikat-teekening, welke dikwijlsde huid van een slang weergeeft, hebben de Balische ë n d ë ks groote overeenkomst met deikats van Grësik. Vermoedelijk is dan ook op deze laatstgenoemde plaats de kunst van heti k a 11 e n der inslaggarens uit Bali overgebracht.288
