Abstract: Print shows the floor plan and front elevation of the design for a proposed jail for Washington, D.C.; "approved November 7th 1860" by Jacob Thompson, secretary of the Department of the Interior. Physical description: 1 print : lithograph ; sheet 56.2 x 44.8 cm.
