St. Peter's Church (Church of Ireland), Peter's Hill, Drogheda, County Louth, Ireland


English: Brass plaque in memory of Sarah Lady Robinson, created by the London silver makers Ortner & Houle at 3 St James Street (see signature at the lower right corner). Located on the right side of the Robinson stone. The blazon of the Robinson family on the dexter side: Vert on a chevron or, between three bucks trippant of the last pellettée as many cinquefoils gules. (See Burke's General Armory, p. 861.) Inscription:

In memory of
Sarah Lady Robinson
eldest daughter of A. Denny Esqr of Tralle & Barham Wood Herts.
The beloved and devoted wife of
Colonel
Sir John Stephen Robinson Bart.
D.L & J.P.
who died at Rokeby Hall 2nd Nov. 1875.
“Blessed are the dead
which die in the Lord.”
