Description
English: Speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), Scott Pruitt said he would like to restore the role of the states while he is head of the Environmental Protection Agency. "Process, rule of law, and cooperative federalism, that is going to be the heart of how we do business at the EPA,” Pruitt said.
