| Description |
Nederlands: Wereldwijd stellen hogescholen en universiteiten steeds vaker onderwijsmateriaal open beschikbaar. Het gebruik van platforms als iTunes U, YouTube EDU voor leermaterialen en Coursera voor massive open online courses (MOOC's) is explosief gestegen. Nederlandse hogescholen en universiteiten nemen ook stappen op het gebied van open educational resources (OER), open leermaterialen die online vrij beschikbaar zijn voor (her)gebruik. Zo publiceren enkele universiteiten open cursussen en zijn open webcolleges en deelname aan iTunes U in opkomst. Het denken over en het ontwikkelen van open leermaterialen is in beweging, en veel hogeronderwijsinstellingen werken momenteel aan een visie en concreet beleid op OER. Dat blijkt uit het onderzoeksrapport OER Hollands landschap, dat de stand van zaken van open leermateriaal in het Nederlandse hoger onderwijs schetst. Het onderzoek is uitgevoerd door de Open Universiteit in opdracht van SURF en Wikiwijs.
Aanvullend op het onderzoek geeft Bert van der Zwaan, rector magnificus Universiteit Utrecht en lid platformbestuur ICT en Onderwijs in deze video zijn visie op OER en de motieven om daar al dan niet iets mee te doen. |
