Being pregnant, they let her remain tolerablyquiet till she was delivered, when they immediately tookaway the child, and put it to nurse, that it might be broughtup a Roman Catholic. Soon afterwards this unfortunatelady was ordered to be racked, which was done with suchseverity, that she expired a week after of the wounds andbruises.
