¥n och förd till fängelset la Force. Dersparades hon till den allra sista minuten. Man ville, att fol-ket skulle bli rikligt mättadt med blod, innan detta offerframfördes, ty man ville rädda henne. I fyratio timmars tidhade hon, innesluten i ett rum, hört folkets tumult, mördar-nes sabelhugg, de dömdes Ã¥ngestrop och suckar. Klockanfyra inträdde tvÃ¥ nationalgardister i hennes rum och befaldehenne att stiga upp och följa dem till ett annat fängelse. Honbönföll att fÃ¥ dö der hon var. En af gardisterna sade att honmÃ¥ste lyda och att hennes lifs räddning berodde derpÃ¥. Ef-ter en liten stund, dÃ¥ hon hunnit kläda sig, fördes hon införsina domare. När hon fick se dessas brutala ansigten ochhörde offren i gÃ¥rden falla för sabelhuggen, förlorade honsansen och afsvimmade.
