DescriptionEurope District gets new civilian leadership (25262991032).jpg | John Adams, pictured Feb. 12 in his office at the Amelia Earhart Center in Wiesbaden, Germany, is the new deputy district engineer and chief of the Program and Project Management Division for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Europe. He replaces Mark Roncoli, who retired recently following a decade at Europe District. Adams arrived in late November after 12 years at USACE Norfolk District, where he was chief of Military Programs. From 2001 to 2003, he served as Europe District’s area engineer in Ansbach.
