Pat Ky lives in Ratanakiri Province, Ou Chum District, Ou Chum Commune, Loun Kren Village. She has six children (four daughters). Her descendants know about Tampuan indigenous textiles. Tampuan Indigenous textiles represent Tampuan Indigenous identity. The Indigenous people can be recognised through this dress up until now. The woven textiles are now mostly for sale. They are not as widely used as before. Weaving has long been a part of Tampuan culture. |
