This ruling doesnot apply to the Pueblo Indians, they being classed as citizens. This legal statustouching the relation of the reservation Indians to the game laws of the state isthe cause of some difficulty in knowing always just where to draw the line. Inthe main, however, the Indians, at the present time, are causing but little troublefor this department.
