[edit]DescriptionFlickr - The U.S. Army - Under Secretary of the U.S. Army visits USS Harry S. Truman (1).jpg | Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) Airman Peter Mannarino gives Under Secretary of the U.S. Army Joseph W. Westphal a tour of hangar deck control during his visit to the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) as he participates in the U.S. Navy's Sea Embark outreach program, Sept. 2, 2012 on the Atlantic Ocean. Under Secretary Westphal is participating in the Navy's longstanding outreach program to promote inter-service cooperation in support of Joint Vision 2020, and gain an appreciation for Naval capabilities at sea. The Navy's Sea Embark outreach program enables government and civilian senior leaders the ability to experience first-hand how the Navy contributes to the national defense strategy and to the stability of the global community.
