Description
Nederlands: Gezicht op de tijdelijke spoorbrug over de Maas te Venlo met reclamebord van Bijker's Aannemingsbedrijf te Gorinchem, na 1959 de Schelde. Op de achtergrond is te zien de tijdens de oorlog vernielde stad Venlo. Zicht vanaf Blerick naar Venlo. Naast de brug vind op de rivier al de heiwerkzaamheden plaats voor de fundering van de nieuwe dragers van de tweede brug. Rechts over de rivier is het schiereiland De Weerd zichtbaar met erachter De Werf en de Havenkade. Helemaal links op gelijke hoogte is herkenbaar een van de loodsen van de Venlose Veiling Vereeniging aan de Roedestraat.
