Summary
[edit]DescriptionHMS Implacable.jpg | Photograph of British pre-Dreadnought battleship HMS Implacable. The sails of the dhows on the right indicate the ship is in Middle Eastern waters of the Mediterranean, possibly during the Gallipoli campaign. To be precise, the photo is taken in Malta, the lateen rigged boat is a Luzzu, used for ferrying cargo to the sister islands. The bastions in the back ground behind Implacable are the fortifications surrounding Valletta. | |||||||||||
