Description |
English: Heinonen HK-1 "Keltiäinen" aircraft in Finnish Aviation Museum. Designed and built by Juhani Heinonen in 1954. This aircraft achieved a world record in FAI class C-1 A (single engine land aircraft, takeoff weight below 500 kg) in 1957 by flying from Madrid to Turku without landing in 17 hours 1 minute. The record was not broken until 1984 by Garu Hertzler.
Suomi: Heinonen HK-1 "Keltiäinen" Suomen ilmailumuseossa. Suunnitellut ja rakentanut Juhani Heinonen vuonna 1954. Tällä lentokoneella tehtiin maailmanennätyslento FAI:n luokassa C-1 A (yksimoottoriset maakoneet, lentoonlähtöpaino alle 500 kg) vuonna 1957 lentämällä Madridista Turkuun 17 tunnissa 1 minuutissa. Ennätys säilyi voimassa 1957-1984. Ennätys on rikottu vain kahdesti..Gary Hertzler 1984 ja Arnold Ebneter 2010. |
