Description
English: A visit, board, search, and seizure team from the dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50) approaches the Indian cargo ship M.S.V. Al- Kausar to conduct a master consent boarding in the Indian Ocean on Jan. 28, 2006. Once the team finds no indications of piracy, terrorism, or smuggling, the cargo dhow will be cleared for its destination. USS Carter Hall is currently on a deployment conducting maritime security operations in support of the war on terror.
