Description
Svenska: Från vänster ingenjör Curt Larsson, ingenjör S. Rygård, ombudsman Harald Adamsson och ombudsman Lennart Geijer.
Industritjänstemannaförbundet höll på lördagen en konferens, i vilken ett 20-tal ingenjörer deltog, representeradnde dem av förbundets medlemmar, som sysslar med konstruktions- och forskningsarbete.
Konferensen behandlade ett förslag till avtal mellan Arbetsgivarföreningen och Industritjänstemannaförbundet om rätten till av tjänstemän gjorda uppfinningar. Avtalsförslaget har tidigare tillstyrkts av förbundets och arbetsgivarföreningens förhandlingsdelegerade. I förslaget fastställes under vilka omständigheter arbetsgivaren skall ha rätt till tjänstemans uppfinningar och fastslås den viktiga principen att tjänstemän skall ha rätt till skälig ersättning för sina uppfinningar. Efter en ingående diskussion beslöt konferensen att i princip tillstyrka förslaget, vilket innebär avsevärda förbättringar i förhållande till nu gällande bestämmelser om uppfinnarrätten. Vid förbundsstyrelsens sammanträde på söndagen tar förbundet definitiv ställning till förslaget.
