Description
English: On October 16, 2002, Congressman Jim Greenwood and State Senator Tommy Tomlinson jointly announced plans for sound wall construction along the south-bound side of I-95 in Bensalem Township. Penn DOT District 6 Administrator Andy Warren (second from left) stated that, if Greenwood's language is signed into law, Penn DOT will use federal money to construct barriers along the south-bound side of I-95 between Exits 25 and 26.
