Summary[edit]

Description Kings House, Grand Avenue, Hove, City of Brighton and Hove, England. Built in 1871-74 as a hotel; later the headquarters of the SEEBOARD electricity company; subsequently Brighton & Hove City Council offices. The building will be redeveloped as housing from 2018. The extension to the rear was built in 1981 and will be demolished as part of the 2018 alterations. Listed at Grade II by English Heritage (NHLE Code 1205528)
