Le kobyz ou kopuz est un nom générique donné par les sociétés pastorales nomades des régions turco-mongoles à divers instruments de musique traditionnelle asiatique dont la vièle kyl-kobyz ou kyl kyyak ("kobyz ou kyyak à crin de cheval") des Kazakhs (extrait de Wikipedia) fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kobyz

Objet présenté dans l'exposition « Kazakhstan Hommes, bêtes et dieux de la steppe » au Musée Guimet, musée national des arts asiatiques jusqu'au 31 janvier 2011 www.guimet.fr/GUIMET-kazakhstan/index.html

Cette petite exposition qui fait découvrir la culture du Kazakhstan est à ne pas manquer, elle se termine le 31 janvier 2011 ! Les objets en or sont de petites merveilles tout comme les objets utilisés dans les yourtes ou ceux qui servent à monter à cheval, la grande spécialité de ce peuple de nomades.
