Italiano: Si inizia a marzo con la potatura, poi a ottobre - novembre la raccolta delle olive, successivamente al frantoio, le olive andranno in tramorgia, passeranno poi dalla lavatura, impastatura fino all’uscita dell’olio extra vergine, con cui sarà fatta la “Fettunta” di assaggio.
English: It starts in March with the pruning, then in October - November the olive harvest, after the mill, the olives will go into the tramorgia, they will then pass from washing, kneading until the extra virgin oil comes out, with which the " Fettunta” for tasting.
