Español: UNA ESTACIÓN de concentración de leche, expre-samente construida, moderna y con instala-ciones sanitarias completas. Aquí se manipula hasta 24.000 litros diarios de leche, la cual es filtrada, refrigerada mecánicamente a baja temperatura y trasportada en masa por medio de camiones - tanques directamente hasta el establecimiento de la capital federal. Se observa que la concentración se hace en trenes -decauville-, y que junto a la plataforma está instalada la máquina lavadora, donde inmediatamente de descar-gar, se lavan, esterilizan y secan todos los recipientes
Deutsch: Eine eigens dafür gebaute, moderne und vollständig hygienische Milchkonzentrationsstation. Täglich werden hier bis zu 24.000 Liter Milch umgeschlagen, die gefiltert, bei niedriger Temperatur mechanisch gekühlt und in loser Schüttung mit Tankwagen direkt zum Werk in die Bundeshauptstadt transportiert wird. Es ist zu sehen, dass die Konzentration in Zügen - Decauville - erfolgt und dass die Waschmaschine neben dem Bahnsteig installiert ist, wo unmittelbar nach dem Entladen alle Container gewaschen, sterilisiert und getrocknet werden.
English: A purpose-built, modern and fully sanitary milk concentration station. Up to 24,000 litres of milk per day are handled here. The milk is filtered, mechanically cooled at low temperatures and transported in bulk by tank lorries directly to the plant in the federal capital. It can be seen that the concentration is done in trains - Decauville - and that the washing machine is installed next to the platform, where immediately after unloading, all the containers are washed, sterilised and dried. |
