English: 1862 American Civil War Cartoon, "The Last Round: Little Mac verses Big Charley". Caricatures the Battle of Antietum as a boxing match between U.S.A. General George McClellan (cheered on by Abraham Lincoln) v/s C.S.A. General Robert E. Lee (backed by Jefferson Davis). Lee is referred to as "Charley" as a reference to traitor Charles Lee.

Source 1862 American Civil War cartoon "The Last Round: Little Mac v/s Big Charley". From Wilkes' "Spirit of the Times" NY; via [1], cropped, contrast adjusted, and converted to png.
Author Unclear. Cartoonist for "Wilke's Spirit of the Times". Markings which may but likely may not refer to the cartoonist include "PotoMac" at lower right, which may be a reference to MacClellen rather than the cartoonist; at bottom left "Appleton Wilson".
