Description
Nederlands: Maria met kind en Johannes. Johannes de Doper als kind laat aan het Christuskind een nestje met vogels zien, links kijkt Maria met een boek in de hand toe. Onvoltooid schilderij, wellicht een voorstudie voor een overeenkomstig werk uit 1715. Het paneel heeft gediend als ondersteuning voor een schilderij op doek van Van der Werff in de collectie Six te Amsterdam.
