Description
English: Mars Phoenix weather station timelapse video showing four minutes of wind strength and direction on day 152 of the mission on the surface of Mars, or Sol 151, after the May 25, 2008, landing. The video file comprises five frames the surface stereo imager acquired from 05:27:48 to 05:31:33 local solar time, at approximate 55 second intervals.

This video file was created as follows.

download each JPG image to folder "phoenixm" from NASA images published 10.28.08:

rename each "phoenixm" JPG in time order as "p_001.jpg" to "p_005.jpg"
Use ffmpeg2theora-0.25.exe to create OGV with one frame per second:
ffmpeg2theora-0.25.exe --croptop 90 --cropbottom 14 --cropleft 26 --cropright 10 \
--width 240 --height 416 --videoquality 10 --framerate 1 p_%03d.jpg -o pfr1.ogv
