Description
English: Part of "Théâtre de la Mode - La Rue de la Paix en la Place Vendôme", Maryhill Museum of Art, Maryhill, Washington, U.S. Théâtre de la Mode (Theatre of Fashion) was a 1945–1946 touring exhibit of fashion mannequins by top Paris fashion designers. It helped revive the French fashion industry in the aftermath of World War II. The exhibit is now part of the permanent collections of the Maryhill Museum of Art.
