I noticed you recently made a comment mentioning you're not an admin. I was a bit surprised, as I think you're among the most active and valuable participants to Commons. I think you should be an admin, unless there is some reason you prefer not to be. I'd be happy to either nominate you to be an admin, or to offer my support if you request adminship yourself. There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful informations about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.

Hi Joe

This is my first user talk on wikipedia, so I am not 100% sure if it will work. You asked about Photos I provided on a wiki on Yehiel Rabinowitz.

In fact Yehiel is an artist that I admire and I think to be wortwhile to have an entry in Wikipedia. I have asked his permission to publish the pictures that I put to the article.

Looks like when you added {{npd}} to File:Villa Menguy Rabat.jpg you didn't notify the uploader with {{image permission}}. I'll do that now, but if there are other images on which you've done the same, you might want to follow up yourself. [edit] RE: Want to Create New Fresnel Lenses Categories

It's done for today. I have already about 40 files transferred to the new categories - those of which I have reliable references - and 50 were left behind. During the weekend I will get references for some more, and others will stay where they are. However, I believe it is a useful task, to allow the illustration of any articles about lighthouses with lenses with the correct "Order", even without the image of their own lenses. I also believe that these pieces of technology (and art) of the nineteen century deserve this work ( google translated ... EHEH :) ). Best regards.--JotaCartas (talk) 02:54, 5 December 2009 (UTC)
