English: Masham railway station site, Yorkshire Opened in 1875 by the North Eastern Railway at the end of a short branch off the Leeds-Harrogate-Northallerton railway line at Melmerby, this station closed to passengers in 1931, long before Dr. Beeching. It continued for goods until 1963. Forecourt, with old goods shed to the right. |
