Notes Peace of Amiens Medal The final Treaty of Amiens was signed in March 1802 by the Marquis of Cornwallis (England), Joseph Bonaporte (France), Azara (Spain), Schimmelpenninck (Holland). The Treaty, bringing peace between these countries saw Britain restore territory to France, Spain and Holland, the French withdrew from Naples, and both France and Britain withdrew from Egypt.
