Description
English: A cast lead alloy medal apparently depicting Mary of Burgundy (daughter of Charles le Temeraire, Duke of Burgundy) and her husband Maximilian of Austria. It may comemorate their marriage in 1477, although the medal is possibly of later date. The medal is incomplete; over half remains. There is a broken suspension hole on one edge.

Side 1: Bust of a young woman facing right with her hair in a topknot. The incomplete inscription reads: AN:MARIA.KAROLI.[F..V]X.BVRGVNDIAE

Side 2: Bust of a man facing right with long wavy hair. The incomplete inscription reads .MAXIM[..]IANVS.FR.CAES.F.DVX
