n the most im-proved European plan, and contains, on a large scale, allthose conveniences for the comfort of families and thetravelling public, for which the Belvidere House has beenfamous for a number of years-. The Eestaurant is alwayssupplied with delicacies of every season. UNION SQUARE HOTEL,Corner 15th street and Union Square, A. J. Dam, pro-prietor. The location of this house is one of the mostpleasant in the city. Fine suites of rooms, handsomelyfurnished, for the accommodation of transient as well aspermanent boarders. This house is kept on the old planof the regular table d? hote. and connected with it is a first-class restaurant. THE WINDSOR HOTEL Is probably the most luxurious of all the New Yorkhotels. It occupies the block on Fifth Avenue, extend-ing from 46th to 47th streets, and is within a short dis-tance of Central Park. It is built of pressed brick,with dark stone trimmings, presents a very handsomeappearance, and is furnished throughout in the mostelaborate manner.

OITY OF NEW YORK. 79 ST. DENIS HOTEL. Opposite Grace Church, and only three blocks belowUnion Square and the Academy of Music, is the St.Denis Hotel. It is architecturally one of the hand-somest buildings on Broadway, occupying seventy-sixfeet on that thoroughfare, and one hundred and twentyon Eleventh street. Besides parlors, reception-rooms,and reading-rooms, the St. Denis contains over onehundred and fifty well lighted and ventilated apartments.The hotel is kept on the European plan. The restaurantis, without exception, the finest in the city, and is underthe charge of Mr. William Taylor, late of 555 Broadway,where he was favorably known, and Mr. Gibson, ofhotel celebrity. THE EVERETT HOUSE, Located on the north side of Union Square and Seven-teenth street, from its position is, like the Clarendon, aconvenient and delightful place for visitors, being notonly in the fashionable part of the city, but also contiguous to the cars, stages, &c.
