Title
Modern medal
Description
English: A lead alloy cut out probably from a commemorative medal possibly of a young Victoria. The object has been cut on all edges around the head and neck of a female figure wearing a crown. On the opposite side of the object a two story building possibly a church is depicted. The building has a steep roof infilled with cross-hatching with a bell surmounted on the centre of the roof. At one end of the roof is a cross and another possible cross is at the other end. There are two upper story windows and a long rectangular door or gate with pillars. In front of the building are two ovals within each of which is a cross, these may be representative of grave stones. The object has a dark grey patina.
