Description
Français : Portrait de Napoléon Aubin (1812-1890). «Lithographié par N. Aubin, d'après un portrait par Th. Hamel». Lithographie sur papier vélin. Théophile Hamel a réalisé deux oeuvres représentant Napoléon Aubin : un dessin (possiblement vers 1843-1846) ainsi qu'un tableau. D'après l'une ou l'autre de ces oeuvres, Aubin a réalisé une lithographie, qu'il a publiée en accompagnement de son journal Le Fantasque. (N.B. : La description actuelle de cette image à Bibliothèque et Archives Canada est erronée, car elle ne représente pas J.-J. Girouard, bien qu'elle se trouve avec le fonds J.-J. Girouard de BAC.)
