hall be deemedthe award of the Arbitration Committee, and shall be valid and binding on the parties thereto. Such awardshall be made in writing, subscribed by the members of the Committee concurring therein, and attested bya subscribing witness. Upon filing the submission and award in the office of the Clerk of the SupremeCourt of the city and county of New York, both duly acknowledged or proved in the same manner asdeeds are required to be acknowledged or proved in order to be recorded, a judgment may be enteredtherein according to the award, and shall be docketed, transcripts filed, and executions issued thereon, thesame as authorized by law in regard to judgments in the Supreme Court. Judgments entered in conformitywith such award shall not be subject to be removed, reversed, modified, or in any manner appealed fromby the parties thereto, except for frauds, collusion, or corruption of said Arbitration Committee, or somemember thereof. Sec. 8. This Act shall take effect immediately.

Growth of the Exchange. The Associations first business after organizing was to adopt a code of By-Laws and Rules adapted to-thorough and honest self-government. From the first the evils inherent to the formation of the CoroExchange were avoided, and the monopoly of control was not allowed to be centred in the hands of afew.
