Description The female Caucasian nurse is instructing an African American woman, a colon cancer patient and her husband on how to administer a subcutaneous injection of colony stimulating factor (CSF). CSF is used after chemotherapy to stimulate bone marrow production of white blood cells in order to prevent infection.
