He may pass, bounce orroll it into the court in any direction from any spot out ofbounds, providing the ball crosses the boundary line in itsreturn at the spot where it went out. He need not comeup to the line and he shall not be interfered with in re-turning the ball. No player shall stand within two feet ofa man returning the ball into play, and the ball shall notbe touched until it has entered the court. Persistent at-tempts to interfere with the return of the ball into playshall be construed as delaying the game, and a foul im-posed upon the offenaing ph yer. When the ball is returnedinto play it must be passed to and touched by some playerother than the man who is returning it. He likewise mustnot delay the return of the ball more than five secondsafter he has secured possession thereof. If he attempts tocarry the ball in bounds or to toss it in and play it with-
