Description
English: Kentucky Sen. Johnny Ray Turner, Kentucky 29th District, addresses the crowd Oct. 21, 2019 during the dedication of Shepherd Street Bridge in Cumberland, Ky. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District and contractor Bush & Burchett, Inc., constructed the bridge as part of a flood risk reduction project on Looney Creek.
