| Description |
English: Looking north into the new outdoor fitness area under construction at the east end of the Parade Grounds, east of Machate Circle on Parkside Avenue at about Marlborough Road (East 15th Street) in Flatbush / Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn. The project is being constructed on a former paved hockey or soccer field that was created during the 2004 park renovations. The area was opened in May 2019. Pictured is an unusual structure resembling a playground slide, which appears to be for inclined abdominal exercises. |
