Description

Monochrome watercolour and pencil drawing of a pharyngeal pouch. Thomas Frederick Chavasse's case, copied from "Transactions of the Pathological Society," vol XLII (1891) p82. From a specimen which was once preserved in the Museum of the Royal College of Surgeons, no.2291d. Drawing presented to the Museum by Henry Trentham Butlin, Assistant Surgeon, Department for the Disease of the Larynx, St Bartholomew's Hospital.
